History of LFS Filters



Our filter cartridges come in various materials and configurations to suit every filtration requirement. Whether you need string wound filter cartridges for their depth filtration properties, melt blown filters for high dirt-holding capacity, or pleated filters for superior surface filtration, LFS Filters has the right solution for you. Our pleated filter cartridges are designed for extended service life and higher flow rates, making them ideal for applications requiring fine particle removal. For the various connections we have our own injection molding department.

wound filter cartridge

On the most up to date electronic machines we manufacture wound filter cartridges in various materials and with choice of various core possibilities. The diamond shaped openings become smaller towards the core and guarantee a true depth filtration and large dirt holding capacity.

Meltblown

The LFS meltblown filter cartridges are made of thermally bonded micro fibers. The three dimensional sterioscopic structure results in a high efficiency filter cartridge. The three layer constructure guarantees an exceptional high dirt capacity.

Pleated

LFS produces pleated filterelements. Beside a standard range also Highflow elements and specials are produced. Cooperation with well known manufacturers of filtermedia makes a solution possible for almost any application.

Adaptors

The filter cartridges can be supplied wiith various adaptors such as DOE, code 3, code 7 and code 8. The adaptors are welded on the cartridges by means of a special developed machine. LFS has an own injection molding department resulting in a large fexability in the production of adaptors. Your own logo and your own color can be realised.

Filterbags

Our filter bags are engineered for versatility and cost-effectiveness, ideal for liquid filtration in various industries. Filterbags are available in traditional stitched or fully welded version. By using selective materials LFS filterbags belong to the best available. All filterbags are silicon free and food grade approved.
